Associate Counsel - Technology Legal Team

Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Counsel to join the Global Technology Legal Practice Group, focusing on technology transactional work for JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Global Technology organization.

The role involves structuring, drafting, negotiating, and analyzing agreements related to the acquisition of global and domestic technology products and services, including intellectual property licenses, outsourcing, software license/support, and SaaS agreements. The attorney will work closely with Sourcing, Third-Party Oversight, Information Security, and Global Technology teams.
