Associate | corporate commercial

Employment type: Full-time OVERVIEW

The role will involve drafting commercial agreements, undertaking research and preparing opinions (with a focus on company law), mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory work, across a range of sectors.

The successful candidate will be expected to assume responsibility for working closely with clients, as well as managing elements of various transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting with the negotiating and drafting of various agreements and corporate documents Researching law and drafting opinions Advising on mergers and acquisitions, trade agreements and other commercial transactions Undertaking due diligence investigations SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate should be a team player with corporate or transactional experience, passion and drive.
