Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage daily user provisioning, licensing, and access control settings. Resolve Level 2 support tickets related to Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. Monitor Microsoft 365 service health dashboards and report active outages. Update documentation for internal IT procedures and user self-service guides. Assist in standard data migration tasks using native Microsoft utilities. Configure standard shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and security groups. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
