Delivery and operations:- Responsible for overseeing data governance activities, ensuring metric production, managing governance forums.- Work with transversal departments to understand their data needs and ensure data solutions meet their requirements- Monitor and improve NPS from Stakeholders and partners.Data Governance team- Responsible for managing a team producing data management metrics and reporting.- Ensure production of high‑quality Group Data Management metrics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to stakeholders.- Coordinate with the data management team to gather inputs, validate data, and maintain a robust production process for metric reporting.- Prepare, review, and publish Group Data Authority (GDA) forum material including decks, summaries, and supporting documentation with high quality and on schedule.- Ensure timely and accurate drafting and circulation of GDA meeting minutes, capturing key decisions, risks, and follow‑ups.- Track all forum actions, ...
