Associate, Client Success Team

What is the opportunity? As the Associate, Client Success Team, you will be a member of the Client Success Team (CST) working on cross-product onboarding in the APAC region.

• Member of a global Client Success Team responsible for the onboarding of clients primarily focused on onboarding requests from APAC into all RBC locations.
• Manage client lifecycle projects across the regional functional teams (KYC, AML, Legal, Operations, IT, Credit, Docs, Risk) to ensure smooth and efficient experience for the client and Sales.
• Facilitation and reporting of the onboarding progress to business stakeholders, providing transparency and improved client service. Escalating as required.
• Proactively identify operational risk/control deficiencies, risk loss events in the business accordingly.
