Our clientis a full-service law firm that has been serving clients for over 150 years. They are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its commercial loan workout and foreclosure department. Knowledge of New Jersey and/or New York foreclosure procedure is a plus and requires expertise in commercial loan workouts and mortgage foreclosure litigation. This role can be based in either of its New Jersey (Bergen County) or New York offices. (NYC or Nassau County)
The candidate will handle loan workout negotiations, foreclosure matters, conduct legal research, draft motions, manage discovery, and represent clients in court proceedings in New York and New Jersey.
