Associate, Asset Management

RETS Associates, on behalf of its Client is seeking an Associate of Multifamily Asset Management to support the performance and execution of a growing multifamily portfolio. This role partners closely with Asset Management leadership, external property management, and internal teams to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and value creation across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Support oversight of a multifamily portfolio, tracking financial performance, cash flow, and key operating metrics

Analyze monthly/quarterly financials, budgets, and variance reports; identify trends and key risks

Partner with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies aligned with underwriting and market conditions

Assist in executing asset-level business plans, including value-add initiatives and operational improvements
