Responsibilities:
Assist with accounting inquiries from field managers via email and phone, providing prompt and accurate responses. Act as a liaison between field operations and other corporate functions such as Accounts Payable, Treasury, Capital Assets and Payroll. Prepare journal entries using SAP accounting software. Review and ensure monthly P&L statements accurately reflect financial performance. Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Oversee balance sheet reviews, including fund management, inventory, and accruals, while supporting operational closures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information for managers in SAP.
