Associate Account Manager - Global (2 year fixed term contract)

Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for an Associate Account Manager position in the Global UK & Ireland Team in Cardiff. This is an entry level role, providing administrative support for the account team and providing customer centric support within the dedicated Global Customer Services Team. The position is being offered on a fixed-term contract for an initial two-year period, with the opportunity for the contract to be extended beyond this term.

The role involves daily contact with large organisations and requires you to manage a varied workload, from dealing with customer queries, to policy administration and invoicing.


Requirements for this role
As a key contact for our multinational customers, you will need:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with Microsoft Teams and Copilot would be an advantage.
