Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department: UCHlth Enterprise Float Pool Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $42.90 - $66.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary: Assists the Nurse Manager in providing leadership at the department/unit level to enhance patient safety and optimize quality patient outcomes. Assumes delegated responsibility for oversight of unit operations and professional practice standards. Responsibilities: Assists the Nurse Manager with the evaluation of staff.
