Assoc Instructional Design/eLearning Dev

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Assoc Instructional Design/eLearning Dev for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ Develop academic courses and learning modules

+ Apply adult learning theories to improve user’s performance and productivity.

+ Test completed courses for functionality, quality, and timing

+ Apply contemporary learning best practices as well as standardized tools and templates

+ Collaborate with team members to recommend solutions regarding learning roadblocks and/or enhancements.

+ Develop knowledge check questions and realistic role-based scenarios

+ Adjust educational approach, course content/structure based on feedback received

+ Ensure system changes and updates are incorporated into existing documentation and curriculum.

+ Maintain expertise and competence in the proper operation and optimal use of assigned software / Epic modules.
