**What You'll Do**

You'll lead a team of Learning Experience Designers who create engaging learning experiences that help employees build skills, improve performance, and grow their careers.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning designers, helping them grow their skills and deliver their best work.
+ Set the vision and priorities for learning design projects that support business goals and employee performance.
+ Guide the creation of learning experiences across multiple formats, including digital learning, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support.
+ Ensure learning solutions are learner-centered, easy to use, accessible, and aligned with enterprise design standards.
+ Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into effective learning experiences.
