We are seeking an innovative Associate Director for Digital Adoption & Re-engagement to champion the growth of our digital platforms including the myAT&T app. This strategic leader will be accountable for driving repeat website visits, increasing app downloads, boosting monthly active users, and elevating digital engagement across all touchpoints. As a cross-functional partner, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to deliver measurable impact.
