Job Summary
( Purpose & General Characteristics )
Provide statistical information for quality improvement by identifying testing methods and ensure documented practices meet the quality management system standards.
( Representative Activities )
Recommend quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
Work together with production team to address changes required to address quality needs
Propose and drive quality related projects
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and make recommendations.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge to provide best practice benchmark within the industry
Recommend and implement enhancements to the quality system that result in improved company quality performance, increased customer satisfaction, and/or simplification of processes to reduce costs.
