Assistant Vice President - Distribution Reporting and Digital Enablement

This is a high-performing team that is responsible to own the role of the “Business Owner” and drive key digital strategies for our key sales channels (Agency and Bancassurance). Our objective is to increase business efficiencies to achieve overall channel’s top and bottom-line budget numbers.

• Support management’s decision in project sponsorship by establishing clear business needs against what can be delivered by IT and our Platform/Product Owner
• Active engagement with our distribution partners to develop key strategies relevant to them
• Responsible for updating, prioritizing, and implementing digital platforms that drive distribution productivity
• Actively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project and strategies are rolled out in a clear, prompt and timely manner. He/she should be clear of the project status and report accordingly to the senior management team.
