Assistant Vice President, Cross-border Operations

Job Description

The AVP, Cross Border Operations is accountable for establishing and governing the end-to-end operating model for SingPost's Cross Border business, ensuring commercial ambitions are translated into scalable, resilient and operationally excellent execution across the global logistics network.

The role provides leadership over network governance, operational excellence and service performance across the cross-border value chain, spanning origin operations, linehaul, transit hubs, customs clearance, destination injection and last-mile delivery. Working across multiple business units and an extensive partner ecosystem, the incumbent establishes the governance, operating frameworks and accountability required to deliver predictable customer outcomes at scale.
