Assistant Superintendent | Welfare Home

• Oversee operation of a welfare home ensuring the well-being of residents and compliance with SOP and law regulation
• Ensure attention and support meet with the Destitute Person Act and MSF regulation
• Maintain safety and cleanliness with compliance standards
• Ensure Food Safety and Hygiene are strictly adhere
• Evaluate and enhance the quality and relevance of home programs and services
• Preparation of budgets and monitor cash flow according to policies

• Min Diploma/ Degree in social work.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in the social service sector.
• Ability to commit to weekend and evening meetings when required.
