Assistant Store Manager - Retail

We’re hiring a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to lead Sales and Operations for our Jayanagar store. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role critical to maintaining store standards, inventory accuracy, and overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: MOST IMPORTANT - Sales: Generating walk-ins through on ground activation and improving conversion to meet monthly Sales targets Beyond that, the person also needs to ensure: 1. Store Readiness & Hygiene Open store and complete daily readiness checklist Maintain high standards of cleanliness across store and stockroom Ensure shelves, fixtures, and billing areas are organized and customer-ready Visual merchandizing 2.
