+ Driving operational excellence across the store, ensuring efficient execution of daily processes that support commercial success and an exceptional consumer experience.
+ Managing labor planning, operational routines, and productivity to achieve business goals while maximizing efficiency and service standards.
+ Owning the end-to-end product journey within the store, including receiving, inventory accuracy, replenishment, stock management, order fulfillment, and RTV (Return to Vendor) processes.
