Assistant Service Manager

We are a well-established multi-state equipment/service provider, offering services to industrial markets with a strong emphasis on heavy equipment and specialized fleet rental needs.

The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for creating and managing relationships that produce business opportunities for the Field Service Division in our Southern region and assisting the South Region Service Manager on projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage Field Service (FS) Division
• Coordinate daily staffing/dispatch with FS technicians (copy executive & sales teams)
• Open WO's for jobs
• Accurately document customer information, including equipment details, issues, and requested services
• Monitor service progress and follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders
