Assistant Service Attendant - Maison Boulud

• Maintain a basic knowledge of the food and drinks menu
• Ensure that work areas are clean at all times and that the cleaning schedule is adhered to
• Ensure that the mise‑en‑place is completed prior to service and continuously replenished
• Maintain responsibility for polishing cutlery, crockery, coppers and silvers
• Ensure the chef’s table is set up and the coffee area is maintained
• Carry trays and deliver food to guests in a timely and efficient manner

• Education & Certification: No formal education required
• Experience: Food & Beverage knowledge and safety
• Other Prerequisites: Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
