Assistant Server

In Fall 2022, Marcus Samuelsson opened his first Manhattan restaurant in seven years in the Starrett-Lehigh building in Chelsea.  Hav & Mar refers to “Ocean” in Swedish and “Honey” in Amharic, drawing on Marcus’ Scandinavian heritage and Ethiopian roots, as well as the influence of African roots in modern Black cuisine.  We are looking for fun, vibrant, and upbeat hospitality professionals to join our team!
Hav & Mar is currently looking for a qualified Server Assistant 

Their  main  duties  include:

• Table Preparation; Setting tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments, refilling beverages, and ensuring menus are available for guests. 

• Food and Beverage Support : Delivering food and drinks to tables when servers are busy, assisting with orders. 

• Clearing and Cleaning : Removing dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware, wiping spills, resetting tables for the next guests, ...
