Assistant Security Director

We are seeking a dependable **Assistant Security Director** to support daily security operations within a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, customer service, operational excellence, and building strong relationships with both clients and security personnel.

As the Assistant Security Director, you will partner closely with site leadership to help oversee security operations, support officer performance, maintain a safe environment for customers and staff, and ensure all expectations are consistently met.

**Shift:** Friday-Tuesday 1pm-9pm - Sunday's hours are 10am-6pm

**Location:** Burlington, MA

**Salary:** $57,845.00/yearly
