Follow up with staff on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion and proper execution of instructions.
Prepare meeting minutes, official directives, circulars, and management approvals in a clear and structured format.
Compile reports for senior management and maintain accurate, organized, and updated documentation.
Maintain a proper filing and archiving system for both digital and physical records to ensure easy access and control.
Receive, register, distribute, and track internal and external correspondence in an organized manner.
