We are looking for Sales – Project Sales (Gypsum Plaster) Base Location: (Kochi) - Will look after entire Kerala Product knowledge – Gypsum Plaster Roles and responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both commodity and value-added products (VAP) to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Set clear, measurable sales goals and objectives for the sales team. Network Expansion: Support business growth by expanding the network of dealers, distributors, and new retail outlets. Identify potential partners and negotiate agreements to enhance distribution channels. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional meets and sales sampling activities.
