Assistant Restaurant Manager

D & D Cuisines Limited   is  seeking  a motivated and experienced  professional  to join our team.   Great opportunity  for right candidate.  Working closely with restaurant manager  and  assisting  the daily operation of business. Completing delegated task  efficiently allowing restaurant manager to focus on  more important task.  Ideally the person  will take instructions from restaurant manager and support in daily basic operation of business.  

Key Responsibilities:

Should have or  able to get  Duty Managers Certificate . Must  always keep a valid Duty Managers Certificate.   

Should have & regularly update knowledge of Indian food, ingredients, taste etc.   Knowledge of Indian food is  very important  to make  suggestion for meals to  customers ,  taking into consideration  customers dietary needs / allergies  etc .
