Leads the store front liners in delivering high standard quality product and excellent customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Assist Restaurant Manager or OIC in Kitchen Management, ensure Food Safety, BOH training, scheduling, positioning and Inventory Management.

Job Requirements

• College Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business course
• Work experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent verbal and oral communication and team management abilities
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends
• Skills: Team Player, Operations Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Restaurant Management, Written and Verbal Communication, Strong Work Ethic, Interpersonal Skills
