Assist Restaurant Manager or OIC in Kitchen Management, ensure Food Safety, BOH training, scheduling, positioning and Inventory Management.
Job Requirements
- College Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business course
- Work experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Good math and reporting skills
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent verbal and oral communication and team management abilities
- Willing to work during holidays and weekends
- Skills: Team Player, Operations Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Restaurant Management, Written and Verbal Communication, Strong Work Ethic, Interpersonal Skills
