Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Supervise front‑of‑house and kitchen staff
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Monitor food quality and service delivery
- Manage staff schedules and attendance
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Support cashier operations when required
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with staff training and performance management
- Maintain operational efficiency during peak business hours
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or restaurant management experience
- Experience in fast food, Asian cuisine, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, Indian or wok restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good English communication skills; Arabic language is an advantage
