Assistant Regulatory Compliance Officer

Job Summary:
The Assistant Regulatory Compliance Officer will support the duties of the Regulatory Compliance Officer (RCO) in enforcing and providing guidance on compliance with pertinent fraud and abuse laws and regulations that apply to all employees of the organization. Knowledge base must include a deep understanding of CMS (Medicare/Medicaid) regulations, fraud and abuse laws (Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, Civil Monetary Penalties, Fraud and Abuse, etc.), accreditation standards, and New York State Education Department/Office of Professions rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field

+ Minimum of 3 years relevant healthcare audit experience

+ Previous progressive responsible leadership experience

+ Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance activities
