Job Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Basic Salary:
- $3,000 - $5,000

Working Area:
- 47 Pandan Loop, Singapore 128263

Working Hours:
- 5.5 working days per week
- Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm

Job Description:
- Evaluate tenders and quotations.
- Carry out quantity take-off for project tendering.
- Source and review costs from trade suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare preliminary design proposals for design and build projects.
- Prepare cost comparisons for management approval.
- Perform other quantity surveying related tasks as assigned.
- Produce AutoCAD drawings.
- Read and interpret M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) drawings.
- Review technical standards, specifications, datasheets, calculations, and drawings.
