Vacancy Description
An ambitious and APC hunting Assistant Quantity Surveyor is now needed by a Construction Consultancy (PQS), who are award-winning within the Hotel, Leisure and Commercial fit out world.
You the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, will ideally be aware of multiple sectors, and have some awareness of pre & post contract duties.
This position requires an extremely eager and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor, who brings professionalism to the table.
There is a requirement to be in the Liverpool Street office 4 days a week. With 1 days at home.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role
The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will immediately work on a secured fit out project for an international known finance firm. The office fit out will be a CAT B scheme worth £4.5M.
