Day-to-Day:
 • Support Sr. Property Manager with daily building operations
 • Handle AP/AR processing, invoice coding, and tenant billing
 • Assist with budgeting, variance reports, and financial tracking
 • Maintain tenant/vendor communication and distribution lists
 • Prepare reports (WIP updates, incident reports, tenant reports)
