Job Description

We are looking for a mobile professional who will support the Project Manager across a nationwide programme covering HVAC, fabric, fit-outs and alterations.

The role involves frequent site visits and audits, contributing subject matter expertise, supporting governance and compliance, and helping to drive high-quality, timely project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing and overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary projects

Translate high-level programmes into clear, actionable project plans aligned to client and corporate objectives

Coordinate multiple interlinked projects, managing interdependencies, resources and supply chain partners

Support budget management, forecasting, reporting and pipeline programme reviews for leadership

Act as a key liaison between internal teams, clients and external partners, supporting stakeholder management
