What they offer:

Salary (Depending on Experience)- $80,000-$100,000

401k with Profit Sharing- Generally between 10%-15% (Last year finished at 13%)

Multiple Bonuses (Usually 10% a year)

Expectations

-Commercial Construction experience preferably projects ranging from 1m-10m

-Experienced with managing subcontractors and keeping projects running in a timely manner

-Travel locally to job sites,...
