Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the Data Center Delivery & Engineering team at one of our hyperscaler clients. This individual will support the Facility Readiness program by managing exception tracking, auditing records for compliance, monitoring service-level objectives, and escalating aging issues to the appropriate stakeholders. They will coordinate recurring program meetings, including the Critical Delivery Forum (CDF), prepare agendas and meeting notes, track action items, and communicate updates to leadership and cross-functional teams. The role will also be responsible for maintaining program documentation, dashboards, decision logs, and reporting tools while supporting data collection, analysis, and trend reporting for quarterly business reviews and operational updates.
