Job Summary

The Assistant Program Director will assist in managing a Learning & Discovery Afterschool Program and/or Summer Program under the direction of the Sr. Program Director. They will ensure a positive, safe, enriching environment, in accordance with the Henrico Education Foundation’s mission, policies, and procedures.


Essential Functions

· The Assistant Sr. Program Director in managing the operations of a Learning & Discovery afterschool Program, and summer program, if determined, to include enforcing policies and procedures, Program planning, implementing the Program, and training/coaching staff.
