**Position Details**
The Department of Media and Communications Arts (MCA), and the Journalism Program, at the City College of New York (CCNY) invites applicants to apply for a tenure-track assistant professorship to teach undergraduate journalism. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the most diverse student populations in the nation. Students earn a B.A. in communications with a concentration in journalism. Our focus is on community reporting, and we are looking for a candidate who has worked in daily journalism.
The ideal colleague will have a passion for journalism and a desire to share knowledge with the next generation of journalists.
