**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**
The successful candidate will be a research-oriented Neuropathologist who will provide clinical Anatomic Pathology services with a primary focus in Neuropathology and Autopsy. In addition, this faculty member will serve as Director of the Institutional Biorepository and Research Histology service. He or she will also work closely with colleagues in the Moody Brain Health Institute and the Mitchell Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases in support of the Institutional Brain Bank and interdisciplinary research programs in Neurological diseases. A strong commitment to education is expected, with responsibilities for teaching and mentoring Pathology residents, fellows, and medical students.
