Key Responsibilities
**Clinical**
+ Assess, evaluate and treat pediatric patients within the Nutrition/GAP clinic, and Lifestyle Medicine program if desired and/or needed
+ Ordering of labs, x-rays and other relevant tests.
+ Using results to make an informed decision on treatment plan.
+ Provide ongoing treatment for families, including working with multidisciplinary team to provide care.
+ Care coordination with Primary Care providers, as well as with multidisciplinary team members (dietitians, psychologist, medical providers)
+ Complete charting in timely manner, according to standards established for Children's Hospital Colorado providers.
