Position Overview

The Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Helsinki invites applications for the position of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Education Leadership. The appointee may be appointed to a fixed‑term tenure‑track assistant or associate professorship or a permanent full professorship, depending on their qualifications and career stage.

Responsibilities

• Research and development in educational management, including pedagogical management, educational and learning management, and management of educational communities.
• Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and doctoral education, with a focus on a master’s program in educational and learning management.
• Contribute to the development of the EDUCA Flagship’s ecosystem, promote research, develop theoretical frameworks, lead research projects, and foster international collaborations.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree.
