Assistant Production Manager

We‘re Hiring: Assistant Manager — Production   Vadodara, Gujarat | ₹4–8 LPA | Full-time, On-site

GridEdge Renewables, a new Indian inverter company, is scaling up production of its on-grid and hybrid solar inverters. We‘re looking for an Assistant Manager — Production to keep our lines running smoothly and our output on target.

What you‘ll do:

• Manage daily production schedules for on-grid and hybrid inverter manufacturing
• Supervise line operators and ensure SOP adherence
• Track output, downtime, and material consumption against targets
• Support QC checkpoints and resolve in-line production issues
• Coordinate with stores and procurement for uninterrupted material supply
• Maintain production records and report to the Plant Head
