They are seeking a dynamic, leadership-driven Assistant Production Manager to join their team and help oversee production, packaging, and cake center operations.
Position Overview
In this vital leadership role, you will work closely with the Production Manager to drive operational excellence, mentor floor supervisors, and ensure strict compliance with food safety and corporate regulations. You will act as the primary alternate in the Production Manager's absence, stepping up to take full responsibility for the department when required.
