Assistant Production Coordinator

Prestage Farms is seeking an Assistant Production Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement and delivery of market hogs from contract growers to processing facilities. This role ensures hogs are marketed at optimal weights while meeting packer schedules, animal welfare standards, and company production goals. The Assistant Production Coordinator works closely with growers, transportation providers, field staff, and processing plants to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant hog flow.
