You Are: The Assistant Producer is responsible for maintaining contact and project integrity for the assigned clients under the guidance and mentorship of a Producer or independently.
The Work:
+ Responsible for acting as a secondary liaison between internal teams and assigned clients
+ Maintain accurate file management
+ Create detailed schedules and estimates, negotiate rates, specify usage rights
+ Maintain and track accurate project expenses to support estimating and invoicing
