Job Description

Biologicals & seedcare at Syngenta Pakistan is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and marketing execution of key iBiologicals & seedcare brands. This includes life cycle management, go-to-market planning, stakeholder engagement, and in-depth market insights collection. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Technical, and Global Marketing.

Brand & Portfolio Management

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key Biologicals and seedcare brands.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with global direction and local needs.
• Create brand positioning, communication campaigns, and value propositions for target crops and pests.
• Analyze product performance, grower behavior, competitor movements, and market dynamics to shape strategy.
