**Role Purpose**

+ Perform monthly unit cost fcst and support plant to deliver target
+ Assist Plant with annual budget and 5 year plan preparation
+ Build and maintain cost models to provide financial support for various manufacturing planning.
+ Capital management, planning reporting
+ Work with cost reduction initiatives with cross function
+ Support Plant/Division for daily operations and ad-hoc analysis

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform monthly unit cost fcst based on planning and track fcst accuracy
+ Assists the controller by leading the monthly financial closing, reporting and forecasting processes.
