**UW Medical Center–Northwest** has an outstanding opportunity for an **Assistant Nurse Manager/RN3** to join us in our **Main Operating Room, Surgical Services.**
**WORK SCHEDULE:**
+ 100% FTE
+ Days
+ 40 hours/week
**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
+ Assists with Assistant Nurse Manager operational and leadership duties as applicable
+ Collaborates closely with the Nurse Manager, RN3 peers, and Surgical Services staff
**DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**
This individual will serve as a clinical expert of perioperative nursing, coordinate and participate in the orientation of new RN team members, establish and facilitate processes which enable team members to acquire new skills, knowledge and clinical competencies and serve as a role model of perioperative nursing excellence.
