Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, assesses and implements nursing care for patients ensuring a patient‑centered approach to care.Assists in the activities of daily living for patients in accordance with the patient care plan, e.g., distribution of patient meals and assisting patients with hygiene needs.Reports any significant changes in the patient’s condition to a registered nurse (RN) immediately.Responds to all levels of emergencies according to the organization’s policies and procedures.Ensures timely, accurate communication and complete documentation with patients, including verbal and written correspondence with the patient or the patient’s representative.Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team in the management of effective and efficient patient‑centered care in a professional manner.Is responsible for documentation and participation in the use of information technology and relevant electronic medical records.Assists registered n...
