Assistant Milieu Manager

• Assist Milieu manager and director to monitor the milieu on an ongoing basis in order to prevent crisis situations
• Assist Milieu manager and director to work closely with Director in providing direct services to students such as de-escalation, and anger management
• Assist Milieu manager and director to implement crisis intervention/ prevention strategies
• Assist Milieu manager and director to maintain Pathways’ Incident Report Log
• Assist Milieu manager and director to in doing classroom observation as requested by teachers as part of behavior management
• Perform other duties as requested by Director including coverage for other CNS personnel

• BA or BS preferred, experience working with children and/or adolescents, strong skillset for working with children and adolescents with challenging behavior
