Responsibilities
- Perform technical studies, analysis and investigation in the radio frequency (“RF”) domain e.g. cellular network coverage/performance audits & measurements, RF co‑existence resolutions etc.
- Perform on‑site RF related tasks independently e.g. RF measurements and investigation; includes engagement with other government bodies, mobile network operators, key partners, members of the public etc.
- May be required to perform RF investigations after officer‑hours especially for time critical situations.
- Support RF related projects as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks in support of the team and division’s core functions, as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or relevant discipline with at least 3 years of experience OR diploma with more than 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in the RF domain and communications system characteristics.
